Just tried these yummy bars from Yummy Mummy Kitchen this morning. I was looking for a homemade replacement for my Perfect Bars. These are very good and have a nice, subtle crunch to them… just a bit too sweet for my morning meal, so I’m going to experiment a little the next time I try them. Maybe 1/2 the honey and molasses or adding some ground walnuts? They make a great afternoon treat as is.
I dipped them in melted Greek yogurt chips, instead of the white chocolate. In hindsight, I don’t think there is any difference. Greek yogurt just sounded a little more breakfast-y to me when I was shopping for the ingredients. Enjoy!
